Rules

Générality

Bets by order and from bookmakers as well as betting agents are not accepted. Bets on events in which the user is participating in the sport event (e.g. as a participating sportsman, as an owner, trainer or functionary of a participating club) are not permitted. In case this provision is not complied with, the company is authorised to refuse payment of any winnings, and to cancel the bet.

If a bet is declared "invalid", it will be evaluated at odds of 1.00. For single bets, this means the company will refund the stake into the user's account. In a multi (parlay) bet, this means that the total odds of the multi (parlay) bet is calculated without the odds of the bet that has been declared invalid, and no refund on the stake is made.

Soccer

Correct Score in soccer: If a correct score occurs that is not an option in our offer then all bets are lost. There is an option for "Others on Request" which means that on customers´ request there can be offered odds on scores that do not appear in the original list of scores to bet on Bwin

Tennis (in English)

All bets placed on a tennis match will be declared valid as soon as the first ball is played. All exceptions to this rule are listed bellow:

A tennis match that ends with one of the players retiring is declared valid as soon as the first ball of the match is played. The winner is always the player which is declared the winner by the match referee.

With matches that end due to retirement of one of the players, bets referring to the correct score in sets(“Set bet”) as well as the special bet “How will the sets proceed?“ will be declared void and will be evaluated as “won” with odds of 1,00.

The bet “Will there be a tiebreak in the first/second/third/fourth/fifth set?” and “Who will win the first/second/third/fourth/fifth set?” as well as all special bets on particular sets will be declared valid as soon as the first ball of that particular set is played. Retirement of one of the players in this set does not influence the above-mentioned bets. Bets are always evaluated according to the official results of the tournament.
